Effective product leadership requires building trust and alignment across diverse groups. I focus on clear communication, understanding competing priorities (navigated at Cognizant), and translating complex technical details into business value. Facilitating workshops (like for QVC user flows) and using frameworks helps ensure everyone is heard and moving towards a shared goal, even when navigating friction.

I believe in starting with the user. Conducting focused research (VoC interviews, usability testing like at EDQUANTS) is crucial to identify real pain points before jumping to solutions. I translate insights into user journeys and wireframes (using tools like Figma, Balsamiq) and prioritize MVP prototypes to test hypotheses quickly and reduce friction (e.g., cutting bank transaction steps from 14 to 6).

I lead cross-functional teams within Agile/Scrum frameworks, focusing on clear roadmaps and efficient execution (like the $100M+ fintech MVP launch). This includes defining requirements, prioritizing backlogs (Jira), and coordinating successful Go-To-Market strategies, ensuring alignment from technical design through to launch and iteration. Experience includes ensuring compliance (GDPR/CCPA) and resilience (cybersecurity features).

My Typical Process

1. Discover & Understand

Deep dive into the problem space using data analysis, user research (interviews, surveys), market analysis, and stakeholder input.

2. Define & Strategize

Clearly define the problem, target users, success metrics (OKRs/KPIs), and develop a product strategy & roadmap aligned with business goals.

3. Design & Prototype

Collaborate with UX/UI designers on user flows, wireframes (Figma/Miro/Balsamiq), and prototypes. Validate concepts through usability testing.

4. Develop & Test

Work closely with engineering in an Agile (Scrum) process, prioritize backlog, manage sprints, and ensure quality through testing (A/B, QA).

5. Launch & Deploy

Coordinate Go-To-Market activities with marketing, sales, and support. Manage phased rollouts and ensure smooth deployment.

6. Measure & Iterate

Analyze post-launch data against KPIs, gather user feedback (VoC), identify areas for improvement, and iterate on the product.
